Christmas Day Pay Adjustment
Frontend Developer
Union members are advised that any labor hours worked on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025 (12:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m.) will receive a pay adjustment. 

The adjustment represents the difference equal to 1.5 times regular pay for all qualifying Christmas Day labor hours and will be issued on Friday, January 9, 2026. 

If you worked on Christmas Day, this adjustment will be automatically included in your payment. IGUA Local 170 remains committed to advocating for and protecting the interests of the membership.
